The service

Tidings Research provides informational research tools derived from public sources. Features and coverage may change as the service develops.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe, an independent payment provider, processes payment methods and recurring charges. Tidings Research does not store full card numbers. Founding signup may save a payment method before launch, but no subscription charge begins until the service is live, the reserved account is activated, the one-week trial has run, and advance reminders have been sent. Founding reservations may be cancelled before launch through the Contact page. After launch, cancellation is handled through the billing portal and should be completed at least 24 hours before renewal. Payments are generally non-refundable except where Tidings Research makes a billing or service error.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or redistribute protected subscriber content as a competing data product.

No warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Public-source data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable.
